WHAT A FEW OTHERS HAD TO SAY ABOUT DARE TO LIVE GREATLY!

“This part biography, part look behind the scenes of United States Navy SEAL Training and wholly engaging book is a must read. Dare To Live Greatly by L.C. Fowler is a highly recommended book. The book will most certainly inspire, motivate and encourage the reader.” Brian R.

“I just got done reading the ENTIRE book! I did not put it down! It was Amazing! God is the Author of this book and Larry was a vessel! I am so thankful that Larry allowed himself to be so transparent, stripped and authentic and was willing to share his journey and true meaning of this life with others. So many goosebumps while I read this book.”  Angie B.

An inspirational life beckons us on to live greatly ourselves.”  Robin C.

“Dare to Live Greatly by L.C. Fowler is a fantastic and uplifting memoir and guidebook chronicling a tadpole’s beginnings into a fearless Special Warfare Community. Fowler encourages readers to live a powerful Christian life through his lessons learned at Basic Underwater Demolition SEAL (BUD/S) training in 1977 in Coronado, California.”  CBM Book Editorial Reviews

“The author's way of writing is very engaging that I didn't want to stop reading. You can feel the sensibility of his words and his lines and the way he makes an impact to the readers by making us all realize many things about life.”  Pearl  A.

“Profound thoughts are explained here in the simplest of terms. That’s all I can say about this book. It is difficult to write a more objective review because the impact the author will have on you will make you see life and its problems in a wise and practical way. The book should NOT be read – it should be absorbed and reflected upon.”  Vine Voice

“Simply a great book to carry around on your way around to whatever you almost gave up on and would still like to accomplish!”  Karrie

“Each chapter describes a different part of the SEALs training course and my goodness, it is absolutely grueling. I was horrified in parts. Did it really have to be so grueling?”  Amazon Reviewer

“Truly an inspiring book that will help you understand more of what you can possibly do that you didn't even know you could really do and how trusting in your faith changes all of it.”  Russ A.

“Larry’s “insider’s look” into the U.S. Navy SEALs combined with his strong faith makes this book a unique and gripping read. But more than just a riveting read, this remarkable book relates the challenges, difficulties and hardships encountered in SEAL training to the deep truths and spiritual wisdom found in Scripture.  Larry’s book is more than just a one-time read. This is a book you will refer back to time and time again as you encounter and navigate through the various trials & challenges of life.”  Angela C.

“A good friend of mine read "Dare to Live Greatly" & recommended it! I am glad he did!”  Robin G.

“I enjoyed reading this book and am struck by the honest, raw and inspiring experiences of the author. I was humbled by the dichotomy between the proud enduring driven Navy Seal and the humble man who has faced insurmountable odds, deepest sorrow and death seeking cancer.” Carolyn G.

“It was a great read! Tremendously inspirational! I became misty eyed more than once while reading it!”  SEAL Team Commander Aubrey D.

“Great book full of wonderful stories that will challenge and encourage you. It will challenge you on your faith and encourage you when you are facing the troubles of this world.”  Chuck G.
